The principle of operation of the hydraulic control unit

Oil supply to the solenoid valves

Pumping hydraulic oil pump (Pentosin) for steel line is fed into the valve assembly (2) is pumped through the oil filter (2c) and through the check valve is supplied to the solenoid valves clutch (Y90), switching (Y92 / 1 and Y92 / 2) and inhibition (Y91)

CLUTCH

Activation of the clutch solenoid valve (Y90) is carried out by a team from the transmission control unit (N15 / 6) and supplies of oil pressure line connected to the connector (2d) in the clutch actuator assembly.

Shift Control

Depending on the current traffic conditions control unit (N15 / 6) produces the activation of the corresponding shift solenoid (Y92 / 1 or Y92 / 2) valve assembly. Activated valve supplies hydraulic pressure switching cylinder acting on the central shaft provides switching and selection of the desired transmission by the respective connecting elements in the transmission.

The principle of operation of the hydraulic pump

The electric motor (4) is activated by the command control unit (N15 / 6) and provides the drive connected to the clutch gear pump (4a).

The rotation of the gears ensures absorption of the working fluid (oil) through the inlet connector (4b), its compression and supply under pressure through a slot (4c).

The pump provides pumping oil in the receiver system pressure.

The principle of operation of the clutch

Working piston (13g) under the pressure of hydraulic pressure in the clutch is shifted forward (13h). Thrust ring (13b) presses the disc spring and activates the clutch.

The inner seal is ensured by the seal (13f).

Protective cover (13d) protects the surface of the moving clutch squeezing device from dirt. Preload spring (13e) minimizes the initial drive load release bearing in order to reduce background noise.

When the clutch disengaged

The control unit (N15 / 6) activates the solenoid valve (Y90) in the valve assembly (V) which supplies a hydraulic pressure (p) in the squeezing device (A). Working piston (A2) moves forward towards the disc spring. The thrust ring is pressed against the disc springs, providing its dehiscence.

When switched clutch

The valve (Y90) in the valve assembly (B) is not activated and the return spring keeps it in the basic position. As a result I the pressure chamber in the hydraulic clutch release device (A) is unloaded, that ensures the linkage with the discharge port of the oil tank (0).
