Removal and installation of the cylinder head



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the engine cover and the air filter vertically with the cylinder head covers.
2. The air intake system is not allowed to disassemble.
3. Secure the belt tensioning device via knockout pin or 5 mm in diameter.
4. Turn the crankshaft in the rotational direction, and stop the piston of the first cylinder in the position of 40 ?� after TDC. The grooves on the camshafts should show the direction of the inside.
5. To remove the chain tensioner fold generator. To do this, remove the top bolt and loosen the bottom.
6. Secure the chain connector of the cable to the right camshaft sprocket. Mark left sprocket of the camshaft with respect to the chain. Leap chain on the crankshaft and the balancing shaft is not possible.
7. Note the different lengths of bolts of covers of bearings of a camshaft. Mark position of bolts.

8. Remove the 4 bolts (a / b) Cover the timing.

9. Remove the cylinder head bolts in the sequence numbering, ie 1 to 8. This requires head Torx. Z1 on Z6 - Designation of cylinders 1 to 6. The arrow indicates the direction of movement of the car.


Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tighten the cylinder head bolts in the sequence 1 to 8 in four receiving the specifications in the effort.

If the tightening torque of the bolt is accidentally exceeded, remove the bolt. Check the length of the bolt and, if necessary, replace it with a new one. Bolt length may not exceed 144.5 mm. Again, tighten the bolt, starting with the reception 1.

2. Secure the cylinder head with four screws (a / b) to the housing cover timing. The arrow indicates the direction of travel.
