Alternatively, the activation of the service mode TELE AID can be made through the menu layout reader STAR DIAGNOSIS (refer to experts firm HUNDRED Mercedes-Benz).

PIN-code for the SIM-card TELE AID known

Turn on the ignition, then turn on the phone and dial * # 4610 #. Next, confirm the message ?�No telematic service?� by pressing "OK". Remove the key from the ignition and turn off the phone.

Turn on the ignition, then turn on the phone and within about 5 seconds, hold down the "C". Next, enter the code * # 4610 # and confirm the message ?�No telematic service?� by pressing "OK". Remove the key from the ignition and turn off the phone.

Deactivation

Alternatively, deactivate the service mode TELE AID can be made through the menu layout reader STAR DIAGNOSIS (refer to experts firm HUNDRED Mercedes-Benz).

Turn on the ignition and pressing the "OK" button phone, confirm the message ?�Leave telematic service?�, further confirm the message ?�No telematic service?�.
