Detaching and attaching the drive shafts to the transfer box

Disconnecting

Output shaft front axle drive

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Turn the selector AT lever to position ?�N?�, transfer case switch in the mode of movement on the road.
  2. Car jacking, post left front wheel.
  3. Rotate posted wheel otboltite propeller shaft (18), move it to one side and tie.

Drive shaft transfer case

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Set the AT and transfer box in neutral position.
  2. Rotate the drive shaft (16), otboltite him, take him aside and tie.

The output drive shaft of the rear axle

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Turn the selector AT lever to position ?�N?�, transfer case switch in the mode of movement on the road.
  2. Car jacking, post left rear wheel.
  3. Rotate posted wheel otboltite propeller shaft (4) and move it to one side and tie.

Connecting

Nuts of fastening of drive shafts must be replaced without fail!


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Expand the inlet flange on transfer case yellow mark down.
  2. Unfolding driveshafts green mark up, connect them to its flange on transfer case.
  3. Make sure that the new fixing screws have been tightened with demanded effort.
