Removal and installation of the vacuum receiver control differential lock



Details of the installation of the vacuum receiver control differential lock

1 - Cover

3 - Vacuum hose

5 - Cut the wheelhouse in the anther

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the lining frame (cover) the headlight unit (see chap. Body) - Only left.
  2. Remove the radiator grille (see chap. Body).
  3. Remove the front bumper (see chap. Body).
  4. Remove the locker left wheel arch protection (see chap. Body).
  5. Remove the cover (1) (two screws (2) on the front and two on the side).
  6. Disconnect the vacuum hose (3) located on the left front corner of the engine compartment of the vacuum pump (M40) drive locking differentials.
  7. Remove the two mounting bolts and remove the vacuum receiver (4) with the wing panel, carefully omitting the vacuum hose (3) in the slot in the duster (5), - try not to damage the hose.
  8. Installation is in the reverse order.
