Integrated engine management system (KSUD)

Cars with engines GA14DE, GA16DE and SR20DE equipped with an integrated engine management system (KSUD) Nissan ECCS. KSUD designed to control fuel injection and ignition timing (POPs). It consists of two subsystems: the fuel injection control and management of POPs. Both systems are interconnected and operate synchronously. Synchronization of the subsystem and the main engine operation is performed by the controller of the sensor signals. A single controller for both subsystems, based on information received from the sensors, according to the memorized program controls the actuators. This automatically optimizes the CPP, the amount and time of fuel depending on engine operation. In violation of some sensors the controller switches to the backup management program. This allows you to continue driving the vehicle in the event of a fault.

The structural layout of the complex engine management system (KSUD)
