Subsystem control ignition timing

Ignition system contactless Battery transistor with a mechanical valve. The structure of the subsystem includes a sensor-distributor of the brand Hitachi, including a built-in power plug and optoelectronic camshaft position sensor and the engine speed. Ignition unit, in turn, consists of the ignition coil, a capacitor and a switch. The harness of ignition unit integrated control resistor. The ignition distributor is rotated by the exhaust camshaft.
Initial ignition timing (when disconnected the throttle position sensor), hail:
Engine GA14DE GA16DE and 10 ? 2
Engine SR20DE 15 ? 2
Resistance to high voltage at 25 ? C, ohm:
1st cylinder 11.0
2-cylinder 10.0
3rd cylinder 8.0
4-cylinder 6.5
The controller continuously receives supply voltage via terminal "46" protected fuse number 41 (7.5 A) located in the mounting block of the engine compartment. When the ignition switch the battery voltage is supplied to output "44" connector controller and four injectors and ignition distributor (output "7" 2-pin connector gray). This conclusion is "4" of the controller is connected to "weight". Closes relay control system power. After activation of the relay power supply voltage is supplied to the conclusions of the "38", "47" and "109" of the controller, then the ignition distributor

(output "5" 6-pin gray connector) for measuring the mass air flow (the output of "3") through fuse number 41 (7.5 A). At the same time switching on the ignition voltage is applied to the following devices: gauge the oxygen content in the exhaust gases, the power supply circuit is protected by a fuse number 16 (10 A) installed in the mounting block of the passenger compartment; control idling; EGR solenoid valve and the canister bleed through fuse number 25 (10 A) installed in the mounting block interior. When connected to the "masses" O "106" controller authorizes the operation of the power relay of the fuel pump, the circuit is protected by a fuse number 17 (15 A) located in the mounting block interior. If within about 5 seconds (delay time of receipt of the signal from the camshaft position sensor and engine speed) does not attempt to start the car, turn on the controller opens the circuit on "weight" of its output "106", thereby turning off the power of the fuel pump. The power circuit of the fuel pump is restored only after the receipt of the controller signal from said sensor. If the engine stops when the ignition switch long time delay of 1 second. The signal of the intention to let the engine is supplied to the output of "34" on the circuit protected by a fuse number 26 (7.5 A) located in the mounting block of the car. For vehicles with air conditioning output of "11" of the controller is connected to the "masses" through the chain of protected fuse number 6 (7.5 A) on the idle engine. When voltage is applied to switch the air conditioner on the fast idle speed control circuit for protected fuse number 30 (7.5 A). Checks are carried out on the instructions tab. 2.10-2.14 and Fig. 2.89 and 2.90.

When checking Never connect terminals extension wires to the terminals of the control device connector. It is necessary to move the protective cover and attach the pad terminals on the input side wires in the connector or using a special terminal block. In the latter case, the conclusions of the terminal block marking must correspond to the identification of the controller connector terminals.
