Removing and installing stabilizer bar



Stabilizer suspension system components are shown in the illustration front suspension.


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the front wheels.
  2. Give a nut and disconnect it from the stabilizer bar.
  3. Disconnect from the steering knuckle tie rod. If necessary, use a puller.

After removal of the nut on the screw thread of the tip so as not to damage it.


  1. Remove the support pipe exhaust system.
  1. Remove the idler arm (back support) engine (see. Section Removal and installation of the power unit).
  2. Remove the rear subframe bolts rack.
  3. Support the subframe and remove the jack boots subframe and the subframe reception.
  4. Lower the sub-frame so that you can unscrew the bolts of stabilizer.
  5. Remove the bolts and remove the clamps stabilizer. Remove the stabilizer.

  1. Check for damage and stabilizer bushing. If necessary, replace them.
  1. Installation is in the reverse order. In the illustration - the right (left) and right (right) position of installation of the stabilizer

Pillow stabilizer should be placed parallel to the stabilizer.
