Air filter

The air filter has a paper item that can not be cleaned. To remove the filter element, unscrew the cap and remove the old item. Cover the hole in the carburetor with a clean cloth and wipe the filter housing to collect in the dust. Insert a new element and replace the cover.

Air filters operate with automatic temperature control, which maintains the temperature of the intake air in a predetermined area. When removing the air filter proceed as follows:

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Loosen the bolts of the air filter.
  2. Unscrew the filter and remove the filter element.
  3. Loosen the clamp bolt on the bottom of the filter and remove the filter.
  4. Disconnect the air hose and the hose between the air filter and carburetor.
  5. Installing the filter in reverse order.
