Manual transmission removal and installation
1. Disconnect the battery from weight. 2. Disconnect the throttle rod inside the cabin. 3. Remove the front section (Ch. 13). 4. Remove the cover from the gearshift lever.

5. Move the lever to the neutral position, remove the lock washer, the pin (or snap ring) and remove the lever (photo). 6. Lift the car high enough to be able to remove the PPC from under the car. 7. Remove the front exhaust pipe. 8. Remove the front wheel drive cars the PTO shaft (Ch. 9). Place a backup at the front gearbox and remove the rear crossmember gear. If necessary, remove the front gear (Ch. 9). 9. Disconnect the semi-axis (Ch. 8) and plug the holes in the Gearbox. 10. Disconnect all switches KPP 11. Disconnect the speedometer cable (see photo). 12. Drain the oil from the checkpoint. 13. Remove the clutch slave cylinder and take aside. 14. Replace the stand under the engine and under the CAT. 15. Remove the nuts and bolts of PPC support bracket to the frame, remove the support. 16. Remove the starter. 17. Remove the bolts clutch (photo). 18. At the same time lower the stand so that PPC can be removed from the engine and lower, not allowing that the weight of the PPC was perceived by the input shaft. 19. Installation is performed in reverse order. Lubricate before assembling the input shaft splines, details of the mechanism of inclusion of transfers, center the clutch disc and adjust the pedal.
