Fairings buffer (model year with 08.89 g)

1 - lower fairing;

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect Pads with wires turn indicators, located on the right arm of the buffer.
2. Remove headlamp washer hoses (if installed).
3. Unscrew the fairing 1 and 2 (see. Fig. The fairings buffer (model year with 08.89 g)) on both sides of the car (on models of release with 08.1989 g).
4. Remove bolts 2 and 3 (see. Fig. Mounting bracket front fender) on both sides of mounting brackets 4 buffer to the side members 1.
5. Remove the buffer 1 (see. Fig. Side guides of the front buffer) by pushing it from the side guides 3.
6. If the buffer will be removed brackets - pre-mark their mutual position.

A warning

With 8.89, the redesigned side guides (see. Fig. Side guides of the front buffer).


Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the buffer by typing it into the side rails 3.
2. Install bolts 2 and 3 (see. Fig. Fixing bracket front buffer) on both sides torque 82 Nm (8.2 kgf-m).

A warning

Bolts should twist only the same type that were installed before disassembling.


3. Pull the connector with wires turn indicators through the holes in the bracket buffer and attach it to the connector.
4. Install the headlight washer hose (if available).
5. Install cowlings 1 and 2 (see. Fig. The fairings buffer (model year with 08.89 g)) on both sides of the car (on models of release with 08.1989 g).
