Adjust the bonnet

1 - the adjusting screw;

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the buffer (see. Subsection 11.1).
2. Remove the grille (see. Subsection 11.4).
3. Remove the nine screws and remove the trim 1.
4. Remove bolts 4 and 12 (3 screws).
5. Unhook the latch securing the grille 3 to 10 bulkhead panel.
6. Remove the mudguard 5 radiator grille with a decorative grille 3.
7. Remove the cable from the lever 2 1 bonnet (3 - spring).
8. Disconnect the cable sheath mount bulkhead panel.
9. To disconnect Pads with wires from the connectors on the headlights and horn.
10. Disconnect the fixture wires audio signal from the front end panel.
11. Remove the bolt 11 (see. Fig. The radiator and cooling fan motors working volume of 1,1 and 1,3) or (see. Fig. Parts of the cooling system of engines in working volume of 1,6 and 1,8).
12. Remove the detachable bracket 14 (see. Fig. The radiator and cooling fan motors working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l) or 15 (see. Fig. Parts of the cooling system of engines in working volume of 1,6 and 1,8) radiator.
13. Remove the bolt 11 (see. Fig. The radiator and cooling fan motors working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l) or 13 (see. Fig. Parts of the cooling system of engines in working volume of 1,6 and 1,8 l) fixing radiator.
14. Loosen the screws 8 and 9 (four on each side).
15. Remove the front end panel 10 with lights and an audible signal.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Place the front end panel 10.
2. Tighten the screws 8 and 9 (four on each side).
3. Tighten the bolt 11 (see. Fig. The radiator and cooling fan motors working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l) or 13 (see. Fig. Parts of the cooling system of engines in working volume of 1,6 and 1,8 l) fixing radiator.
4. Set a removable bracket 14, respectively (see. Fig. The radiator and cooling fan motors working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l) or 15 (see. Fig. Parts of the cooling system of engines in working volume of 1,6 and 1,8 l ) radiator.
5. Tighten the bolt 11 or 13, respectively.
6. Attach pads with wires to the terminals of headlights and horn.
7. Attach the cable to the lever 2 1 bonnet (3 - spring).
8. Attach the cable sheath at the front end panel.
9. Attach the wires to the alarm panel bulkhead.
10. Set 5 mudguard radiator grille and tighten screws 4 and 12.
11. Install the grille 3, snapping it into the slot on the front end panel.
12. Install the trim 1 and tighten the nine screws 11
13. To establish a buffer (see. Subsection 11.1).
14. Close the hood and check whether the lock is latched and whether the hood is flush with the wings, and adjust if necessary.
15. Install the radiator grille (see. Subsection 11.4). after adjustment.

Adjust the bonnet hood and position relative to the wing

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Raskontrit nut 3 (see. Fig. Adjustment of the bonnet) and adjust the adjusting screw 1 position of the latch so that the hood tightly closed.
2. Adjust when mismatch surfaces of the bonnet and wings, rubber shock absorbers on both sides of the lock arm to the desired height, and then re-test the bonnet.
