A rope clutch



The drive clutch (transmission type 020)

1 - balancing gruzhik;
2 - clutch cable fasteners;
3 - the lever of the clutch;
4 - the transmission housing;
5 - rubber gasket;
6 - the directing plug;
7 - wire;
8 - an adjusting washer;
9 - lock nut;

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Adjustable drive
1. Loosen the lock nut 9 and screwed onto the threaded rod shim 8 to loosen the rope 7.
2. Remove the 2 fasteners at the lower end of the cable 7 Clutch.
3. Pull the upper end of a rope clutch pedal clutch 24.
4. Pull the cable 7 with the sheath 11 in the direction of the engine compartment.
Self-drive
5. Turn the forward gear segment 22 and lock it with the retainer 29.
6. Remove the clutch cable.

A warning

Since 1988, at the upper tip of the rope clutch damper installed (see. Fig. Shock on the upper tip of the cable, installed in 1988). In this regard, the sealing ring is not mounted.


Models Year 1988
7. Press the clutch pedal 23 to stop several times.
8. Compress the shell of a rope from an arm on a transmission housing (see. Fig. Adjustment of the cable (model year 1988)).
9. Install the bracket 1 and secure it to the pin 2.
10. Remove 2 fasteners (see. Fig. Drive clutch (transmission type 020) clutch cable.
11. Disconnect the cable from the upper tip of the clutch pedal.
12. Pull the cable 7 with the shell 11 in the direction of the engine compartment.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation of cable clutch produced in reverse order, with the following.
2. Check the correct installation of the guide sleeve 6 (see. Fig. Drive clutch (transmission type 020) with a rubber gasket 5 and the sealing ring 14, the toothed washer 13 and tip 12.
3. Coat the exposed parts of the cable 7 multi-purpose grease.
Adjustable drive
4. Adjust the clutch (see. Subsection 4.3.4).
Self-drive
5. Adjust the clutch by pressing several times on the clutch pedal.
Models Year 1988
6. Skip the upper tip of the wire through the hole in the bulkhead and attach it to the clutch pedal.
7. Press the hand on the clutch pedal and pull the rope at the same time forward (to carry out the work together).
8. Compress the shell and install the cable clamp 1 (see. Fig. Adjustment of the cable (model year 1988)), securing it with 2 stud.
9. Install fasteners 2 (see. Fig. Drive clutch (transmission type 020) clutch cable.
10. Adjust the clutch by pressing several times on the clutch pedal.
