Coupling (transmission type 020)

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the gearbox (see. Subsection 5.1).
2. To mark the relative position of the housing 2 clutch pressure plate and flywheel 9.
3. Block the flywheel 9.

A warning

In order to avoid deformation of casing bolts must be loosened diagonally, taking into account that once for each bolt can be loosened only one turn.


4. Loosen the screws securing the flywheel 11 and evenly unscrew them.
5. Remove the flywheel 9 and the driven plate 8.
6. Mark the location of the locking spring 7 and 6 disc clutch to the assembly properly installed.
7. Lift the lock with a screwdriver and remove the spring 7 6 disc clutch.
8. Loosen the screws securing the casing 14, the pressure plate 2. Bolts planted on the threaded glue and very tight unscrewed.
9. Remove cover from the pressure plate 2 and washer 5.

Assembly
A warning

Before installing the new enclosure pressure plate remove anti-corrosion grease from the working surface of the pressure plate. In other places, do not remove grease.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the technical condition of the clutch (see. Section 4.2.1).
2. Set the cover pressure plate 2 and washer 5 and screw new bolts 14 (greased their composition "Loktayl 270" or "150 Omnifit" type M) evenly diagonally to 75 Nm for bolts without collar and torque of 100 Nm for shoulder bolt.
3. Install the clutch disc 6 with the spring retainer 7, watching them in the right location.
4. Lubricate with lithium grease jack 6 disc clutch for the pusher 10 and the tip of the pusher 10.
5. Lubricate the splines of the hub drive plate 8 with a thin layer of pasta ?�Moly?� or graphite lubricant.
6. Fit the clutch disc 8 on the input shaft splines and gently push it.
7. Remove excess grease, removing the clutch disc 8 with a primary shaft.
8. Install the clutch disc 8 and the flywheel 9 in accordance with the pins previously made labels and tighten by hand (do not tighten) bolts 11.
9. center the clutch disc 8 with a mandrel (see. Fig. Tool for centering vvedomogo clutch (transmission type 020)).
10. Tighten the screws 11 (see. Fig. Coupling (transmission type 020)) evenly diagonally to 20 Nm.
10. To establish a transmission (see. Subsection 5.1).
