A warning

Clutch removed without removing the engine from the car.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the gearbox (see. Subsection 5.1).
2. To mark the relative position of the housing 4 and the clutch flywheel 1.
3. Block the flywheel 1 with a screwdriver inserted between the teeth of the flywheel.
4. Loosen the screws fixing the housing 5 4 1 coupling to a flywheel and unscrew them uniformly.

A warning

In order to avoid deformation of casing bolts must be loosened diagonally, taking into account that once for each bolt can be loosened only one turn.


5. Remove the cover 4 and the driven clutch disc 3 with dowel pins, using a screwdriver.

Definition of the technical state of the clutch

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Inspect the friction surface of the flywheel and pressure plate, drawing attention to the lack of scratches, burrs, nicks and signs of wear.
2. Put the line on the surface friction of the pressure plate and check the gap between the probe and the surface of the ruler. The gap must not exceed 0.3 mm. Otherwise, the pressure plate is replaced.
3. Check the wear of the friction linings. If the depth is less than 0.3 mm rivets or the surface of the friction lining zamaslena, the clutch disc must be replaced.
4. Check the beating the slave drive. If the value of runout exceeds 0.4 mm, the disc must be replaced.
5. Check the wear of the inner ends of the diaphragm spring. In case of strongly wiped places it is necessary to replace the clutch assembly. All the ends of the diaphragm spring must be placed at the same height with a deviation of ?� 0,25 mm.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean the flywheel 1 of dirt and oil.
2. Install the crankshaft flange on the centering mandrel (see. Fig. Tool for centering the clutch plate (transmission type 084)).
3. Set the mandrel driven plate 3 (see. Fig. Coupling (transmission type 084)), and the hub of the slave drive must be directed towards the clutch housing 4.
4. Install the cover 4 with the clutch pressure plate on the flywheel pins 1 according to earlier made labels.
5. Install the screws 5 and tighten them evenly diagonally to 25 Nm.
6. Check the release bearing (see. Section 4.2.1).
7. Place the gearbox (see. Subsection 5.1).
