The clutch pedal



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Adjustable drive
1. Disconnect the clutch cable (see. Subsection 4.3.2).
2. Remove the retaining ring from the shaft 31, the clutch pedal 24 (see. Fig. Drive clutch (transmission type 020).
3. Remove the clutch pedal 24.
4. Knock the sleeve 25, if necessary.
5. Check the wear on the clutch pedal shaft and sleeve, if necessary - replace.
Self-drive
6. Disconnect the clutch cable (see. Subsection 4.3.2).
7. Pull the steering column (see. Subsection 8.5) and move it to the left.
8. Stretch the spring 26 and a special device to remove it.
9. Remove the retaining ring 31.
10. Disconnect the spring 21 of the toothed segment 22.
11. Remove the shaft 19 of the pedal 23, the clutch gear segment 22, and spring 21.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation of the clutch pedal is carried out in reverse order, with the following.
Adjustable drive
2. The sleeve 25 is driven into the tube clutch pedal 24 is flush.
3. Grease the shaft 19 multi-purpose grease.
4. Adjust the clutch (see. Subsection 4.3.4).
Self-drive
5. Lubricate the axis of the sleeve 16 and 30 multi-purpose grease.
6. Adjust the clutch by pressing several times on the clutch pedal.
