Assembling the gearbox



Position hole bolt shaft reverse gear

1 - bolt hole;

2 - a gear wheel of a backing;

3 - shaft reverse gear;

X - the size of the openings in the clutch housing bolt to the bolt hole on the shaft reverse gear

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Press in the new oil seal 5 (see. Fig. Carter of coupling with differential) into the sleeve 6.
2. Lubricate the oil seal lip 5 gear oil and drive sleeve 6 into the crankcase clutch 7.
3. Install the differential assembly into the clutch housing.
4. Install the right half-line flange 4 with a spring 45, washer 44 and spacer ring 43 in the clutch housing 7.
5. Install the spring washer 3 concave side to the flange 4 axis, the retaining ring 2 and the cap 1.
6. Drive to the secondary shaft 4 (see. Fig. A secondary shaft) tapered roller bearings 3 and 5.
7. Install shim 1 in the clutch housing.
8. Press on the outer ring 2 tapered roller bearing into the clutch housing.
9. Set the output shaft 4 in the clutch housing.
10. Install the mounting plate 6 bearing bolts 7 and tighten to 40 Nm.
11. Install the spring washer 22, the concave side of the bearing.
12. Check the gap between blocking rings 19 and 17 and their associated gears 20 and 14 (see FIG. Subsection 5.2.2.1).
13. Lubricate the needle bearing 21 and set it to the output shaft 4.
14. Install the pinion gear 20 1st gear.
15. To establish blocking ring 19.
16. Heat the synchronizer hub to a temperature of 120 ?� C Press on the synchronizer 18 on the output shaft 4, watching thus that synchronizer crackers have got to grooves of a blocking ring.
17. Install the shaft 24 (see. Fig. Carter of coupling with differential) reverse gear with the gear 27 reverse.
18. Install the brackets 36 and 38 fastening fork backing and profit bolts 37.
19. Install the plug 35 reverse gear and tighten the bolts 37.
20. Press on the inner ring 16 (see. Fig. A secondary shaft) of the needle bearing.
21. Install the needle bearing 15.
22. To establish blocking ring 17, watching thus that synchronizer crackers have got to grooves of a blocking ring.
23. To establish a gear February 14 th transmission.
24. Heat the gear March 13 th transmission to a temperature of 120 ?� C Press on it on a secondary shaft projection towards the gear 2nd gear.
25. Choose and set a new lock ring 12. The axial clearance between the pinion March 13 th gear and the locking ring 12 to be absent (the maximum gap of 0.2 mm). Set circlips, are sold in thickness from 2.5 to 3 mm (rings of different thickness have a different color).
26. Set the primary shaft 32 (see. Fig. Transmission four-stage type 020) to the crankcase 1 clutch.
27. Heat the gear 11 (see. Fig. A secondary shaft) 4th gear to a temperature of 120 ?� C Press on it to the output shaft to the bearing projection 8.
28. Install the retaining ring 10.
29. Install the stem 33 forks gear assembly (see. Fig. Transmission four-stage type 020), entering first shift fork 1-2 second gear in the groove of the sliding sleeve of the synchronizer 1-2 second gear, then gently lifting rod introduce a plug of switching of 3-4th transfers in the groove of the sliding sleeve of the synchronizer 3-4th gear. Then enter the slide fork reverse gear is engaged with a fork reverse gear.
30. Install all the shift fork in the neutral position.
31. Rotate the shaft 24 (see. Fig. Carter of coupling with differential) reverse gear so that the hole for the bolt to hold certain position (see. Fig. Position of holes for bolt shaft reverse gear) (both distance X must be equal a).
32. Install magnet 32 (see. Fig. Carter of coupling with differential) in the clutch housing.
33. Install shim 14 (see. Fig. Primary shaft), if required, and the ball bearing 12 in the transmission housing protruding part of the inner ring toward the gear wheel of 4th transfer.
34. Install screws 1 (see. Fig. Fastening of the bearing of a primary shaft) with special heads and tighten the screws 2 (see. Fig. Nuts bearing) to 15 N ?� m.
35. Install a new gasket between the crankcase, if she was on the set.
36. Connect the gearbox housing and clutch housing, are pressed at the same shaft with ball bearings, located in the transmission housing.
37. Tighten the screws 4 (see. Fig. Nuts Bearing) mounting shaft reverse gear torque of 20 Nm.
38. Tighten bolts 6 (see. Fig. Transmission four-stage type 020) to 25 Nm.
39. To establish a transmission in neutral.
40. Insert the shaft 22 gear assembly into the gearbox housing.
41. Install the spring 23, washer 24 and screw cap 25.
42. Install the mud cover 29, 30, shift lever and tighten the nut 31 to 50 Nm.
43. Tighten the screws 27 to 20 Nm.
44. Install the backup light switch.
45. Install the guide sleeve 12 and the thrust bearing 13.
46. Set the clutch lever 21, putting it on a spring shaft 19 and the lever 18, the spring ends should abut against the transmission case, and the middle part - be engaged with the lever 18.
47. Install the retaining ring 20.
48. Install a new gasket 14, the cover 15 and the bolts 16 to 25 Nm.
49. Install the left flange of the semi-axis (see. Pp. 4-5).
50. Lubricate the pusher 34 and insert it into the input shaft.
51. Check the correct switching gears.
