Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the vehicle over a pit.
2. Remove the handle 1, the shift lever.
3. Remove the cover 11.
4. Loosen the screw 14.
5. Remove the front exhaust pipe.
6. Remove the plate 32.
7. Loosen the clamp bolt 31, the properly labeled clamp position 29 on the shaft 15 of the gearshift.
8. Remove bolts 18 bracket shift rod and remove the bracket 17.
9. Loosen the mounting body 12 of the gearshift.
10. Push the housing of the gearshift forward, push down and remove.
11. Remove nuts fixing plate 4 5.
12. Remove the rod gear from the case.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Coat the surface of parts of molybdenum grease.
2. Install the shaft 15 of the gearshift in the housing 12.
3. Install new nuts 4 to 10 Nm.
4. Install housing 12 by sliding it back and tighten the screws.
5. Install the bracket 17 on the shaft of the gearshift, and the bolts 18.
6. Install the shaft collar 29, 15, without tightening the bolt 31.
7. Set the plate 32.
8. Install the front exhaust pipe.
9. Tighten the screw 14.
10. Adjust the gear selection (see. Subsection 5.4.4.1).
11. Tighten bolt 31.
12. Install the cover 11.
13. Tighten the handle 1.
