Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the floor of the car (see. Subsection 7.2).
2. Tighten the axle shaft in a vice with soft sponges.
3. Remove the clamps 7 and 9 (see. Fig. Forward drive (models with the engine in volume of 1,6 and 1,8 l)).
4. Move the mud cover 8 housing SHRUS.
5. Shoot down SHRUS 13 knockout with a soft axis.
6. Remove the retaining ring 12.
7. Remove the cone ring 11 and spring washer 10.
8. Remove the mud cover 8.

Dismantling


A warning

Individual parts replaced SHRUS unacceptable. CV joints are replaced only in gathering.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Rinse the hinge in kerosene.
2. Mark the relative position of the separator 2, the cage 1 and the housing 4 at its end.
3. Turn the separator 2 and the holder 1 by gently tapping the end of the separator mandrel soft metal, to position 3 when the ball leaves the track.
4. Squeeze bulb 3 of the separator 2 of soft metal mandrel.
5. Squeeze the remaining balls in a similar way. When jamming separator with a holder gently tap the hinge housing.
6. Turn the separator with a holder perpendicularly to the surface of the housing so that the two elongate box separator is positioned against the housing projections (position I), and with a holder to remove the separator from the housing (see. Fig. The position of the separator with a holder to remove and install).
7. Drown one of the protrusions holder, turning it into an elongated box separator and roll cage.
8. Rinse thoroughly all parts of the hinge in kerosene and to check their status, paying particular off the radar on the ground surface of the tracks and spherical surfaces of the separator and balls.
A warning

Cracks, chips and corrosion is unacceptable. At deterioration of working surfaces of racetracks more than 0.1 mm, and the presence of the above defects to replace the hinge assembly.


Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Assemble the outer constant-velocity joint is produced in reverse order. Insert prior to assembly into the body hinge 45 g grease G-6,2.
2. Take into account when assembling the label mutual arrangement made earlier.
3. Turn the separator with a holder after the installation in the case of the hinge to position II (see. Fig. Position of separator with a holder when removing and installing).
4. Insert the balls for the convenience of the opposite sides.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set mud cover 8 (see. Fig. Forward drive (models with the engine in volume of 1.6 and 1.8 liters) on the floor.
2. Install the spring washer 12 (see. Fig. Outer constant velocity joint (CV joint)), and the tapered ring 11.
3. Install the retaining ring 12 (see. Fig. Forward drive (models with the engine in volume of 1,6 and 1,8)) or 9 (see. Fig. Outer constant velocity joint (CV joint)).
4. Hammer SHRUS soft knockout on the floor so that the holder 6 jumped over the retaining ring 9.
5. Attach the 45 grams of grease G-6,2 in the joint.
6. Fit the mud cover 3 to the housing 8 of the hinge.
7. Install the clamp 4.
8. Lift the screwdriver internal seedlings gryazezaschitnogo belt cover 3 before installing the clamp 1 to equalize the pressure inside the joint.
9. Install the clamp 1.
10. Check clamps 1 and 4 for cracks in the lock area.
A warning

If cracks are found replace with new clamps. Clamps shall be held securely on the seat covers, dirt-protecting girdle and to ensure complete sealing of the hinges.
