Installation Dirt cover on models GTi

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Tighten the axle shaft in a vice with soft sponges.
2. Remove the retaining ring 1 (see. Fig. Forward drive (models with the engine in volume of 1,6 and 1,8 l)).
3. Mark the position of the end cover 5 Dirt on the half-painted. A warning It is forbidden to make a mark with a sharp object, as this damaged protective lacquer layer.
4. Remove the clamps (models with engine capacity of 1.1 liters and 1.3).
	5. To bring down a punch to the body of the hinge cover.
6. Compress SHRUS 2 (see. Fig. Forward drive (models with the engine in volume of 1,6 and 1,8)) from the axle shaft.
7. Remove the spring washer 3.
8. Remove the mud cover 5 with a cover 4.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Rinse the hinge in kerosene.
	2. Mark the relative position of the cage 2, the separator 3 and the casing 1 of the hinge.
3. Turn the holder 2 with a separator 3 perpendicularly with respect to the housing 1 and to pull them out of the housing.
4. Remove the balls 4.
	5. Turn the holder 3 perpendicularly with respect to the separator 4 by inserting the protrusions from one another in an elongated cage box 2 the separator 4, and the roll holder 3 from the separator.
6. Rinse thoroughly all parts of the hinge in kerosene and to check out the state, focusing on the polished surface of the tracks and spherical surfaces of the separator and balls. A warning Cracks, chips and corrosion is unacceptable. At deterioration of working surfaces of racetracks more than 0.1 mm, and the presence of the above defects to replace the hinge assembly.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Place the holder 3 into the separator 4.
2. Insert the balls in the window of the separator.
	3. Insert the housing 1 hinge separator 3 with a holder 2 perpendicularly to the housing 1 and the hinge rotate the separator 3 with a holder 2 through 90 ?� in accordance with a previously made labels.
4. Check the hinge rotates freely.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Mark the distance a = 17 mm (Fig. Set-dirt cover on models GTi) on the half paint or adhesive tape (only for models GTi).

A warning

On models GTi accuracy of installation Dirt cover has a special significance.

3. Install the spring washer 3 concave side to the holder of the hinge 2.

4. Press on the hinge slots on the 2 half-line 6 by applying a force to the holder of the hinge.

5. Install the retaining ring 1.

6. Enter a hinge 45 g of 6,2-grease G on each side.

7. Attach the housing cover 2 hinge 4.

8. Set mud cover in accordance with the marks made previously on the half.

9. Install the clamps (for models with engine capacity of 1.1 liters and 1.3).

10. Install axle shaft (see. Subsection 7.2).
