1. Remove the ignition distributor. |
2. Detach the spring 8 (see. Fig. The transistor ignition system) and remove the cover 25. |
3. Remove the slider 23. |
4. Remove the anti-dust screen 22. |
5. Mark the position of the armature 28 with respect to the distributor roller, remove the anchor 28 and the dowel pin. |
6. Disconnect traction vacuum corrector plate from the Hall sensor, unscrew the screws and remove the vacuum-proof-reader 9. |
7. Unscrew and remove the screw 17, the Hall sensor 15 with the socket 16 pads. |
8. Loosen the screws and remove the plate 13 with a gasket. |
9. Flap Clutch. |
10. Lower the clutch housing bolts to the engine block. |
11. After disassembly clean all parts from dust and dirt. |

13. Create a vacuum in the vacuum corrector 9, the vacuum pull-corrector should move. If it does not, then the diaphragm is torn and the vacuum-proof-reader must be replaced. |
14. Create a vacuum in the vacuum-proof-reader and keep it for a while, Rod must move and be kept in position until the vacuum is maintained. If it does not, then leakproof vacuum equalizer and it should be replaced. |
15. Assemble the distributor in reverse order. |
