Dismantling and assemblage of the distributor of ignition



PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the ignition distributor.
2. Detach the spring 8 (see. Fig. The transistor ignition system) and remove the cover 25.
3. Remove the slider 23.
4. Remove the anti-dust screen 22.
5. Mark the position of the armature 28 with respect to the distributor roller, remove the anchor 28 and the dowel pin.
6. Disconnect traction vacuum corrector plate from the Hall sensor, unscrew the screws and remove the vacuum-proof-reader 9.
7. Unscrew and remove the screw 17, the Hall sensor 15 with the socket 16 pads.
8. Loosen the screws and remove the plate 13 with a gasket.
9. Flap Clutch.
10. Lower the clutch housing bolts to the engine block.
11. After disassembly clean all parts from dust and dirt.
12. Inspect the cover 25. If it is cracked or burned contacts, replace the cover.
13. Create a vacuum in the vacuum corrector 9, the vacuum pull-corrector should move. If it does not, then the diaphragm is torn and the vacuum-proof-reader must be replaced.
14. Create a vacuum in the vacuum-proof-reader and keep it for a while, Rod must move and be kept in position until the vacuum is maintained. If it does not, then leakproof vacuum equalizer and it should be replaced.
15. Assemble the distributor in reverse order.
