Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Compress the output shaft 45 with gear 30 1st gear with the locking ring 32, bearing washer 29 and the tapered roller bearings 28 (see. Fig. Transmission type 085).
2. Remove the needle bearing 31.
3. Remove the retaining ring 33.
4. To press a gear wheel 39 with the locking ring 38 and the synchronizer 36.
5. Remove the needle bearing 40.
6. Remove the gear 41 3rd transfers.
7. Remove the retaining rings 42 and 43.
8. Remove the gear 44 of 4th transfer.
9. To press the roller bearing 46.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Press on the secondary shaft 45 is the tapered roller bearing 46 by applying a force to the inner ring of the bearing.
2. Install the gear 44 of 4th transfer.
3. Install the retaining rings 43 and 42.
4. Install pinion 41 3rd transfers.
5. Grease the needle bearing 40 and install it on the shaft 45.
6. Check the gap between blocking rings 38 and 32 and their associated gears 39 and 30 (see FIG. Subsection 5.2.2.1).
7. Install the gear 39 2nd gear and synchronizer ring 38.
8. Press on the synchronizer assembly 36 (if the synchronizer understood. See subsection 5.2.2.2) so that the groove under the fork on the sliding sleeve of the synchronizer has been directed towards a gear wheel of 1st transfer and the synchronizer crackers have got to grooves of a blocking ring.
9. Install the retaining ring 33.
10. Set the synchronizer blocking ring 32, watching thus that synchronizer crackers have got to grooves of a blocking ring.
11. To grease the needle bearing under-31 and install it on the shaft 45.
12. Install the gear 30 1st gear.
13. Install the thrust washer 29.
14. Press on the tapered roller bearing 28 by applying a force to the inner ring of the bearing.

Adjustment of an axial backlash of a secondary shaft
A warning

The adjustment is made after the replacement of one of the following components: gearbox housing, clutch housing, output shaft or tapered roller bearings of the secondary shaft.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Press off the outer ring 6 (see. Fig. Clutch housing) tapered roller bearing from the clutch housing 2.
2. Remove the thrust washer 7 and install in its place a washer thickness 0.75 mm.
3. Press in the outer ring of the bearing 6 in housing 2 Clutch.
4. Set the output shaft, connect the clutch to the transmission case and tighten the bolts 14 (see. Fig. Carter of a transmission) to 25 Nm.
5. Check several times the output shaft to the bearings into place.
6. Place the gearbox vertically, giving the shaft end from the 5th gear up.
7. Establish a support 1 (see. Fig. Adjustment of the input shaft) with a reception indicator 2 and 3 on the crankcase 7 gearbox.
8. Lay the leg by 4 indicator on the secondary shaft polished plate 5.
9. Move the output shaft of the axial direction from stop to stop and remove the indicator.
10. To calculate the required thickness of the shim by the formula: S = 0,75 + S0 + 0,20, where S - the calculated thickness of the required shim mm, S0 - measured value of the axial clearance, mm.
11. Choose the desired shim thickness based on the supplied parts kits. Existing in sizes from 0.7 mm to 1.4 mm every 0.05 mm.
12. Remove the display with a reception and support.
13. Disassemble the crankcase and press out the outer ring of the bearing from the clutch housing.
14. Remove the washer thickness of 0.75 mm and a matched set shim.
15. Press in the outer ring of the bearing.
16. Assemble the gearbox and once again make check.
