3. Press in the outer ring of the bearing 6 in housing 2 Clutch. |
4. Set the output shaft, connect the clutch to the transmission case and tighten the bolts 14 (see. Fig. Carter of a transmission) to 25 Nm. |
5. Check several times the output shaft to the bearings into place. |
6. Place the gearbox vertically, giving the shaft end from the 5th gear up. |
7. Establish a support 1 (see. Fig. Adjustment of the input shaft) with a reception indicator 2 and 3 on the crankcase 7 gearbox. |
8. Lay the leg by 4 indicator on the secondary shaft polished plate 5. |
9. Move the output shaft of the axial direction from stop to stop and remove the indicator. |
10. To calculate the required thickness of the shim by the formula: S = 0,75 + S0 + 0,20, where S - the calculated thickness of the required shim mm, S0 - measured value of the axial clearance, mm. |
11. Choose the desired shim thickness based on the supplied parts kits. Existing in sizes from 0.7 mm to 1.4 mm every 0.05 mm. |
12. Remove the display with a reception and support. |
13. Disassemble the crankcase and press out the outer ring of the bearing from the clutch housing. |
14. Remove the washer thickness of 0.75 mm and a matched set shim. |
15. Press in the outer ring of the bearing. |
16. Assemble the gearbox and once again make check. |
