1. Set the pump 13 to the bracket 14 so as to coincide the label on the bracket and the pump housing. |
2. Tighten bolts of the pump 14 to the front and rear brackets 12 and tighten to 25 Nm (2.5 kgs.m). |
3. Insert the key into the recess of the pump shaft, set the gear 15, to turn the gear nut to 45 Nm (4.5 kgf-m). |
4. Connect the fuel lines, fuel lines to tighten the nut to 25 Nm (2.5 kgf-m). |
| 5. Turn the gear pump so that the mark on the wheel coincides with the marking on the bracket 14, as shown in the figure. |
| 6. Secure the wheel (2) high pressure fuel pump, a special screwed rod (1) into the threaded hole of the gear, as shown in Figure (3 - front bracket pump). |
7. Loosen the bolt on the half-turn of a cam gear. Blow to the wheel of a cam-shaft with a rubber mallet to loosen it landed. |
8. Check whether the first cylinder to TDC. |
9. Wear a belt 6 Timing and pull it (see. Pp. 10-13, subsection 2.2.3). |
10. Check and adjust the start of injection of the fuel pump. |
