Replacement nozzles



Damaged nozzle can be determined by turning his turn nuts fuel to the injectors when the engine is idling. When loosening the nuts once dvigatelyane speed is reduced, then the faulty injector. At the service station nozzle can be checked using a pressure gauge.

The main signs of damage injectors:

- Disruptions in the operation of the engine;
- Knock on one or more cylinders;
- Engine overheating;
- Loss of engine power;
- Black smoke from the exhaust pipe;
- High fuel consumption.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Rinse the fuel detergent composition with cold water.
2. Loosen the nuts and remove the fuel them. This is not to bend the fuel or change their shape.
3. Remove the nozzle ring spanner 27 mm.
4. Replace sealing washers between the injector and the cylinder head. Install the washers as shown in the figure, the arrow points to the head unit.
5. Install the new injector and tighten to 70 Nm (7.0 kgf-m).
6. Install the fuel, tighten the nuts to 25 Nm (2.5 kgf-m).
