The power supply system of carburettor engines




Air filter engine working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 l

1 - panel fence of warm air;
2 - pipe;
3 - a hose of giving of warm air;
4 - a hose of giving of cold air;
5 - plate of cold air intake;
6 - thermostat;
7 - damper actuator thermostat;
8 - spring latch;
9 - a vacuum hose thermostat valve actuator;
10 - Rubber yoke;
11 - plate;
12 - a lining;
13 - the valve of the thermostat;
14 - a cover of the filter;
15 - the filter element;
16 - the filter housing;
17 - a nut;
18 - washer;
19 - Spacing sleeve;
20 - grommet;
21 - remote bush;
22 - an adjusting washer;
23 - a spring clip;
24 - a vacuum hose from the carburettor;
25 - filter gasket

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Detach the clamps 23 and 14 to remove the cover.
2. Remove the filter element 15.
3. Clean cloth to plug the hole in the carburetor. Wipe with a damp cloth cover and filter housing from inside. Remove the cloth from the hole.
4. Insert a new filter element.
5. Replace the cover and fasten the clamps 14, 23.

Air filter of engines in working volume of 1,6 and 1,8 l

1 - crankcase ventilation hose;
2 - a collar;
3 - a spring clip;
4 - a cover of the filter;
5 - remote bush;
6 - a hose of giving of warm air;
7 - a nut of fastening of an arm;
8 - a washer;
9 - an arm;
10 - a nut fastening the front of the filter;
11 - pin with a rubber buffer;
12 - a hose supplying cold air;
13 - damper actuator thermostat;
14 - thermostat;
15 - plate;
16 - a lining;
17 - the valve of the thermostat;
18 - the filter element;
19 - a nut of fastening of the filter;
20 - the filter housing

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew the nut 10.
2. Detach the terminals 3 and 4 to remove the cover.
3. Remove the filter element 18.
4. Clean cloth to plug the hole in the carburetor. Wipe with a damp cloth cover and filter housing from inside. Remove the cloth from the hole.
5. Insert a new filter element.
6. Replace the cover and fasten 4 clips 3.
7. Tighten the nut 10.
