Removing and installing radiator



PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.
2. Drain the coolant.
3. Disconnect the wires from the thermal switch 5 (see. Fig. The radiator and cooling fan motors working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 liters) or 9 (see. Fig. The radiator and cooling fan motors working volume of 1,6 and 1, 8 l) and the fan of the blower 16, or 3. Fold bracket 1 and remove it from the wire.
4. Disconnect the supply hose from the radiator 12 or 16, respectively.
5. Remove the radiator grille.
6. Release two bolts on each side of the right attachment 15 or 17, respectively, and left, respectively, 10 or 12 and push the radiator cover covers the side.
7. Remove bolts 11 or 13, respectively, fixing the radiator. Pull up the bracket 14 or 15, respectively.
8. Remove the bolt securing the bottom of the radiator on the left side.
9. Push back and disconnect the radiator hose, respectively, 7 or 8. To disconnect the hose from the radiator 18 (see. Fig. The radiator and cooling fan motors working volume of 1,6 and 1,8).
10. Remove the radiator up with the fan cowl and fan.
11. Loosen the screws and remove the casing of the fan housing 2 with a fan. Remove nuts securing the fan to the housing and remove the fan, respectively, 16 and 3.
12. Install the radiator in reverse order. When installing a new heat sink is required to replace the coolant. After installing the radiator to warm up the engine before turning on the fan and check the tightness of the cooling system.
