PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the battery.
2. Drain the engine cooling system.
3. Remove the thermal switch 5 (see. Fig. The radiator and cooling fan motors working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 liters), remove the O-ring temperature switch.
4. Check the temperature switch. For this to suspend it in a vessel with water so that a part of thermoswitches screwed into the radiator, has been immersed in water. Connect it through the light bulb to the battery. Preheat water. At a temperature of 93-98 ? C lamp should light up. Give water to cool. At a temperature of 88-93 ? C light should go off. If the light does not come on and go off at these temperatures, so thermal switch is defective and must be replaced.
5. Set the temperature switch, replacing the O-ring. Tighten the thermal switch to 25 N ? m (2.5 kgf ? m).
6. Pour the liquid in the cooling system and connect the battery.
