2. Drain the engine cooling system. |
3. Remove the thermal switch 5 (see. Fig. The radiator and cooling fan motors working volume of 1,1 and 1,3 liters), remove the O-ring temperature switch. |
4. Check the temperature switch. For this to suspend it in a vessel with water so that a part of thermoswitches screwed into the radiator, has been immersed in water. Connect it through the light bulb to the battery. Preheat water. At a temperature of 93-98 ?� C lamp should light up. Give water to cool. At a temperature of 88-93 ?� C light should go off. If the light does not come on and go off at these temperatures, so thermal switch is defective and must be replaced. |
5. Set the temperature switch, replacing the O-ring. Tighten the thermal switch to 25 N ?� m (2.5 kgf ?� m). |
6. Pour the liquid in the cooling system and connect the battery. |
