Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the gearbox (see. Subsection 5.1).
2. Remove the return spring 20 (see. Fig. Drive clutch (transmission type 084)) with one arm.
3. Turn the lever shaft 8 (see. Fig. The mechanism of the clutch: a - transmission type 084) situated in the clutch housing 1, so that the release bearing 4 has moved up the guide sleeve 2.
4. Remove the two retaining spring 6.
5. Remove the release bearing 4.
6. Remove the brackets 5 of the release bearing 4.
7. Loosen the screws 3 and remove the guide bushing 2.
On models with the transmission type 084
8. Press out a large hub 9.
9. Remove the shaft 8 of the clutch lever.
10. Press out a small bush 7 (if necessary, replacement).
On models with the transmission type 085

A warning

Clutch lever for the transmission of type 085 has a different structure.


11. Remove the retaining ring 11 (see. Fig. The mechanism of the clutch: b - transmission of type 085).
12. Pull the lever shaft 8 from the clutch housing 1 clutch lever at the same time removing the release bearing 12 and a sealing ring 15.
13. Press out the inner 13 and outer sleeve 14 (if necessary, replacement).

Setting
A warning

Do not wash the release bearing, so as not to wash the grease from it.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation of the clutch mechanism is carried out in reverse order, with the following.
2. Check the release bearing by rotating it. If the bearing is jammed, noisy or there is a backlash between the rings, then it must be replaced.
3. Check all bushings for wear.
4. Coat the surface of the graphite grease release bearing guide sleeve 4 and 2.
5. Drive in the bushing 7 is flush with the slot in the clutch housing 1.
6. Insert the projection on the sleeve 9 And in the groove on the sleeve in the housing 1 for pressing the clutch sleeve 9.
7. Press in the inner 13 and outer sleeve 14 for the transmission of type 085 is flush with the slots in the clutch housing 1.
