When using the charger it is not necessary to disconnect the wiring from the car, but you should turn off the ignition and leave the hood open. Avoid very fast charging, as it can cause permanent damage to the battery due to overheating. With any method of charging the temperature of the electrolyte in the battery should not exceed 38 ? C. If the battery is extremely hot or vigorous gas evolution began in the electrolyte, charging should be terminated. Charging should be done by direct current equal to 1/20 of the battery capacity. On completion of the charging indicates intense release of gases from the battery, and the fact that the density of the electrolyte in the last 3 hours of charging has not changed.
