For access to other units or for assembly or disassembly of the engine, the compressor must be removed without disturbing the integrity of the highways of the refrigerant.
A WARNING It is not allowed to reinstall self-locking fasteners 5, 6, 11, 13 (Fig. 14.18), were in use. Their design is intended for single use - when you reinstall the proper fastening can not be guaranteed. |
To install the main bracket on the studs Install in the following order: - Tighten the nuts of the upper 2 pins; - Tighten the nut of the front lower studs (without sleeves); - Tighten the nut of the rear lower studs (with sleeve). Tightening torque 20 Nm.
