Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Loosen the wheel bolts, then lift the relevant part of the car and fix on supports. Remove a corresponding wheel.
2. In order to reduce the loss of brake fluid, remove the cap from the tank popolnitelnogo brake, close the mouth of a tank polyethylene and again screw cap. This is necessary in order to cover tightly closed popolnitelny tank. Alternatively, using a clip, press a brake hose going to the caliper.
3. Unscrew the two screws and remove the holder of a support with a caliper from the knuckle.
4. Clean the area around the connection of a brake hose and brake truboprovo and even unscrew the brake hose. Close the holes in the brake lines and hoses suitable stoppers.
5. Disconnect the cable from the hand brake caliper rear brake.
6. Remove the caliper.
7. Remove the brake disc.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the condition and measure the thickness of the brake disc.
A warning

If necessary, replace the brake disc must also be replaced and the second brake disk for maintenance of uniformity of braking. When replacing the brake discs and brake pads must be replaced.


2. Check and, if necessary, clean the mating surfaces of the brake disc and hub. When installing a new brake disk remove from its surface a protective coating.
3. Install the brake disc on the wheel hub.
4. Install the caliper with the brake pads. It does not twist the brake hose. Make sure that the full rotation of the front wheel brake hose is not in contact with the elements of the front suspension and bodywork.
5. Fix the caliper bolts and tighten the bolts of the front caliper torque of 120 Nm and bolts rear caliper 95 Nm. If the re-installed bolts with ribbed base of the screw head, then using a wire brush, clean the ribbed surface.
6. If you disconnected the hose, screw it into place.
7. Remove the polyethylene filler popolnitelnogo tank and pump over a corresponding brake circuit.
8. Establish a wheel and lower the car to the ground. Tighten the wheel bolts in diagonal sequence the moment of 120 Nm.
9. Some times strongly press the brake pedal to the brake pads pressed against the brake disk.
10. Check the fluid level in the brake system popolnitelnom tank.
