Check temperature sensor remote thermometer

Disconnect the temperature sensor and connect it between the terminal and the "weight" of the ohmmeter. With a cold engine sensor resistance must be sufficiently large. Start the engine. As the engine warms up resistance temperature sensor should decrease inversely proportional to the temperature of the engine.

The cause may be remote thermometer. To verify disconnect a wire, and the ignition switched off, connect it to the "masses." Turn on the ignition. Arrow Remote thermometer should immediately get in position ?�Heiss?� (hot). Switch off the ignition.
