A warning

When removing the semi-axis machine can not be pushed to the place, because in the absence of axial tension will damage the body of the bearing wheels. If desired, instead of the half-line set frontal hinge.


Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Support the top knuckle.
2. Loosen the screw that secures the wheel to the axle shaft.

A warning

Screw sits very tight, with the weakening of his car should stand on wheels.


3. Set the front of the machine on the box.
4. Remove the bottom guard of the engine compartment.
5. Disconnect the screw connection of the wheel bearing housing - lower hinge axis.
6. Remove the screw shock absorber - the connecting rod and the stabilizer.
7. Unscrew the bolts of the internal hinge.

Automatic transmission

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect shtekerot multifunction sensor.
2. Unscrew the back rezinometaplicheskuyu support bracket mounted units (see. Section 4.2).
3. Squeeze the floor flange.
4. Fully compress the shock.
5. Remove the axle from the wheel bearing housing. On vehicles with automatic transmission at the same time put pressure on the engine - gearbox slightly forward.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before installing wipe gasoline slots wheel axis and dry (without oil and grease), and remove the remains of relief funds.
2. Install the axle shaft into the wheel hub and secure the old screw. Screw not clamped.
3. Attach the axle shaft to the gearbox. Tighten the inner synchronizer crosswise torque of 70 Nm. Do not forget the lining plate.

A warning

From 8/91 to 6/92 internal synchronizers right and left were attached various screws. Right axis: screw M10h48, 12.9, head to the interior of the polyhedron. Left axis: M10 screw X45, 10.9, the head of the hexagon socket.


4. If a repair install the screws to 12.9. For machines shortened to 6/12 screws 45 mm in order to provide access to the transmission case. Screws 10.9 in any case do not tighten to 70 N ?� m.
5. Tighten the rear rubber mounts on the bracket mounted units to 45 Nm.
6. Connect shtekermnogofunktsionalnogo sensor.
7. Install the shock absorber bolts - tie rod and tighten to 160 Nm.
8. Install the lower hinge on the axis of the wheel bearing housing and tighten new nut torque 110 Nm (manual transmission) or 55 Nm (automatic transmission).
9. Install the bottom rail of the engine compartment.
10. To remove the machine from the box.
11. Unscrew the screw axis and screw on the new self-locking screw axle shaft torque of 200 Nm.

A warning

The car thus should stand on wheels.
