Fig. 3.2.41. Location reference (2) and adjusting (1) of the plates when installing the drive disc

Set the drive plate to the base plate 2 (Fig. 3.2.41), and adjusting one plate thickness of 3 or 4 mm.

Measure the distance from the motor flange to the end face of the drive plate
Fig. 3.2.42. Measure the distance from the motor flange to the end face of the drive plate

Replace at least three of the old drive plate bolts and tighten to 30 N ??? m. Measure A (Fig. 3.2.42) from the motor flange to the end surface of the flywheel, which is for an automatic transmission should be equal to 18,1-19,7 mm.
If the distance is not correct, set by adjusting the drive plate pplastinu different thickness. After reaching the correct size and replace the new flywheel bolts and tighten them to the specified torque.

Using a special puller Kukko to extract the needle bearing from the end of the crankshaft
Fig. 3.2.43. Using a special puller Kukko to extract the needle bearing from the end of the crankshaft

To replace the needle bearing in the rear end of the crankshaft using a special puller Kukko 22/1 and Kukko 21/1 (Fig. 3.2.43). Install the puller on the rear end of the crankshaft, and press out the needle bearing.
For pressing using the new needle bearing mandrel 3264.
