Overview

Another option is the vehicle - the six-cylinder V-engine, liquid-cooled. Engine block is cast from gray cast iron in one piece. The cylinder head is made of aluminum alloy and is fixed to the cylinder block with bolts. The cylinder head pressed steel guides and valve seats. To the bottom of the cylinder block of the engine oil pan is fastened, wherein the oil is required to lubricate and cool the engine.
The motor is arranged according to the scheme in which the air-fuel mixture supplied to the cylinders on one side of the engine, and the exhaust gases are removed from the other side. With this arrangement significantly improves the filling of cylinders with a mixture of fuel and removal of products of combustion.
On each bank of cylinders has a separate head with two camshafts. The camshafts are driven by a toothed belt valve clearances are automatically adjusted by means of hydraulic tappets, however in the operation manual adjustment is required.
To supply oil to the friction surfaces of the engine oil pump is disposed in the front cover of the engine and driven by the crankshaft. Pressurized oil is fed through the channels to the bearings of the crankshaft and camshafts.
The water pump is located in front of the engine and provides a Poly-V belt. Keep in mind that the engine cooling system must be filled all year round with a mixture of antifreeze and distilled water.
Preparation and igniting the fuel mixture is carried out engine control system, which requires no adjustment during the operation. Ignition timing and idle speed is also regulated by the engine management system. When servicing is necessary to replace the spark plugs and air filter element.

A WARNING
Fan cooler can join and after stopping the engine and ignition off, so when working on the engine is hot, be careful. To the radiator fan does not turn on, disconnect the electrical connector from the fan motor.
