Dual mass flywheel



Remove the gearbox.
Turning the crankshaft in the direction of its working rotation of the pulley bolt crankshaft, install the piston of the first cylinder in the top dead center (TDC).

Make sure that the mark on the crankshaft pulley is aligned with the pointer on the housing (see. Fig. 3.2.28).

Secure crankshaft in this position. To lock the crankshaft remove the cylinder from the crankshaft position sensor and instead screw the set screw 3242 (see. Fig. 3.2.30).
Remove the bolts and, being careful, remove a flywheel.
Install the flywheel in sequence, return to removal, thus it must be replaced with new bolts of its fastening.
Tighten the flywheel bolts to 60 N ?� m and tighten at an angle of 180 ?�.
