Setting

Do not press the brake pedal with the brake pads removed.
Clean dust and dirt from the caliper, a rust from edge of a brake disk. If the pads are suitable for further use, clean them with a wire brush and cloth.
Check the disk rotor for cracks, especially around the holes for the bolts fastening the wheel, as well as for wear or mechanical damage.
Measure the thickness of the brake disc.
If you need to replace at least one of the discs replace both drives.
Place the upper inner brake pad wear sensor in the front brake caliper. Secure the brake pads in the caliper piston. Attach the wire to wear a support bracket.
Move the front brake caliper outward as possible. Remove the backing from the adhesive layer of the outer brake pad and install them in the caliper, and the brake shoes must be fixed by a spring.
On the brake block is applied hand. It must coincide with the direction of rotation of the disk when the vehicle is moving forward. Otherwise, the brake pads will emit background noise.
Fix floating caliper with new bolts, having tightened their moment of 25 Nm.
Remove the wheel bolts securing the brake disc. Establish a wheel and lower the car to the ground. After cleaning the finned wheel bolt head, tighten the wheel bolts torque of 120 Nm.
Similarly, replace the brake pads on the second front wheel.
Repeatedly press the brake pedal to the brake pads have taken position.
Check brake fluid level in the tank, if necessary, finish it to norm.
After installing new brake pads, avoid sharp braking the first 200 kilometers of the car.
