Check the condition and measure the thickness of the brake disc.
If you need a replacement brake disc, it is necessary to replace both to ensure uniformity of braking. When replacing the brake discs must be replaced and the brake pads.
Check and clean the mating surface of the brake disc and hub. When installing a new brake disk remove from its surface a preservative coating.
Install the brake disc on the wheel hub.
Install the caliper with the brake pads. Not allowed twist the brake hose. Make sure that when you turn the front wheel from one extreme position to another brake hose is not in contact with the elements of the front suspension and bodywork.
Screw in the caliper bolts and tighten them.
If the brake hose was disconnected, connect it.
Remove the polyethylene filler neck brake fluid reservoir and pump over a corresponding brake circuit.
Establish a wheel and lower the car to the ground.
Some times strongly press the brake pedal to the brake pads have taken position.
Check brake fluid level in a tank of brake system.
