Removing and installing clutch pedal



The clutch pedal is removed to replace the plastic bushings the axis of the sleeve and the plug pin pusher master cylinder when a clutch squeak, jamming or increased backlash, and a return spring for replacement if damaged.
You will need: two keys "15" pliers.
1. Disconnect the clutch pedal pusher of the main cylinder drive clutch. For this purpose pliers, remove the retainer pin plug pusher ...
2. ... and remove the pin from the plug hole and the pedals.
3. Hold the key b axis of rotation of the pedals, turn the key and the axle nut.
4. Remove the axle from the holes of the pedal bracket and ...
5. ... and remove the pedal, moving the pedal arm slot and out of engagement with spring return

6. If necessary, remove the return spring, moving it bent ends of the holes in the bracket.
7. Remove the pedal pin sleeve ...
8. ... and two sleeve axis.
9. Install the parts in reverse order of removal.

A WARNING
When installing the clutch pedal Ensure that the groove as well (see. Photo n. 5) pedal arm engages the return spring used.
