Check and adjustment of drive clutch



You will need: the keys "7", "12", "13" (two), screwdriver, ruler.
1. In order to measure the full stroke of the clutch pedal, measure the distance from the pedal pad to the floor without pressing the pedal.
2. Press the pedal to stop and repeat the measurement. The difference between the two measurements is the full clutch pedal, the nominal value is 130-136 mm. If the pedal is different from the nominal value must be adjusted.
3. Release the pedal assembly on the adjusting bolt lock nut wrench and turn the bolt Achieve the desired value of the total travel of the pedal, tighten the locknut.
4. In order to determine the clutch clearance, measure the distance from the initial position to the position of the pedals, which when pressed on the pedal arm feels increased resistance. Rated clutch pedal free play 8-15 mm. If the free play is different from the nominal value, adjust the length of the clutch master cylinder pushrod, which ...
