Removing and installing air cleaner, muffler and intake duct



The air filter is removed when it is damaged and to gain access to other units in the engine compartment.
You will need: the key "10" (convenient socket), Phillips screwdriver blade.
To remove the air filter, proceed as follows.
1. Loosen the clamp on the air filter air supply hose ...
2. ... and disconnect the hose from the pipe filter.

NOTE
Please note that on the nozzle of the air filter and air distribution on the edge of the sleeve has a triangular label for the correct installation of the sleeve. By attaching the sleeve to the air filter, align the labels.

3. Remove the three screws on the air filter to the mudguard ...
4. ... and remove the air filter by removing the nozzle located at the bottom of the filter housing, the neck of the intake duct silencer.
5. Set the air filter in the reverse order of removal.

To remove the silencer and the intake duct, do the following.
1. Remove the right front wheel, and install the front of the vehicle on a suitable support.
2. Remove the right front wing liner (see. "Removal and installation of mudguards of wheels and Lockers").
3. Remove the bracket bolts to the intake silencer body.
4. Remove the bracket from the silencer bracket holes on the back ...
5. ... and remove the muffler, shifting it to the pipe duct.
6. Remove the bracket of the supply air hose from the hole in the back ...
7. ... and remove the air duct, removing his seal discharge hose from the hole in the body.
8. Set the items in reverse order.
