Removing and installing throttle assembly
The signs are not completely closing the throttle valve can be increased engine speed to idle and increased fuel consumption. When less than full throttle the engine may not develop full power, throttle response to be insufficient, in his work when the vehicle is possible jumps and dips. In these faults, first try adjusting the throttle actuator or replace the cable (see. "Adjustment and replacement of the throttle cable"). NOTE With a certain skill coolant can not be drained. Prepare a suitable size plugs that muffle hoses immediately after disconnecting them. Loss of coolant in such a method will be negligible. |

NOTE If you do not drain the cooling system, in order to avoid loss of liquid immediately stop the hose pre-prepared plugs or bolts of suitable size. |

13. Remove the two screws on the throttle assembly to the intake manifold and remove the throttle assembly. NOTE Note that the compound of the throttle device and the inlet tube is sealed gasket. Strong compression or torn, replace gasket. |
14. If the replacement of the throttle assembly on the new node is not set throttle position sensor 1 and 2 control idling, move them from the old site. To do this, remove the two screws attaching them. 15. If the throttle device is not removed for replacement, clean the contaminated fluid throttle device for cleaning carburetors, after removing it from the sensor and the controller. Clean and contaminated controller and sensor (Never use solvents for cleaning). 16. Remove from the oral intake pipe oil and other contaminants. 17. Set the throttle device in the reverse order of removal. 19. If necessary, add coolant.
