Replacing the front brake caliper

You will need: the key "12" Allen key "10", the key to the wheel bolts, the capacity to drain the brake fluid.
1. Remove the wheel.
2. Remove the bolt and disconnect the nozzle from the cupporta brake hose (see. "Replacing the brake hose").

HELPFUL ADVICE
Place the container for discharging the residue fluid from the brake cylinder and the hose.

3. Remove the two calliper mounting bolts to the steering knuckle ...
4. ... and remove the caliper assembly.
5. Install the caliper in the reverse order of removal. Before installing the caliper mounting bolts to the steering knuckle put on a carving anaerobic thread lock. When installing the brake hose only use new copper washers. After installation, restore the brake fluid level in the master cylinder reservoir and bleed the hydraulic brakes (see. "Bleeding brake system hydraulic drive").
