Checking the tightness of the cooling system



PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Wait until the heat sink has cooled down to a temperature of 38 ?� C, remove the radiator cap, and instead connect the device to check the tightness of the cooling system.
2. Create a pressure of 139.3 kPa in the cooling system.
3. Ensure that the pressure of 139.3 kPa in the cooling system is maintained for 2 minutes.

A warning

Do not remove the radiator cap on a hot engine, as the departing couple may result in severe burns.
Close the radiator cap thick cloth and slowly remove the lid until the hiss of escaping steam.
After the termination of the steam outlet slowly unscrew and remove the cap from the radiator.


4. If the leak and fix it.
