Front stabilizer



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the front wheel.
2. Remove the stabilizer rod.
3. Remove the bracket and stabilizer bushing
4. Remove the rear engine mounting.
5. Remove the stabilizer bar.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the stabilizer bar on the lack of elasticity loss and damage.
2. Check all the bolts.
3. Check the dust cover rod stabilizer for cracks or damage.
4. Check the torque that must be applied to crank pin of the spherical hinge of draft of the stabilizer.

If there are cracks in the protective cover, replace it and add grease in the joint.

Several times rocking from side to side of the hinge pin of the spherical rod stabilizer.

Torque: 1,7-3,2 N ??? m

If the torque exceeds the allowable value, replace the stabilizer rod.

If the torque is significantly lower than the allowable value, the ball joint can be reused if it is not jammed and is not excessive backlash.


Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the plug on the stabilizer bar.
2. Align the bracket with respect to the sleeve. Make sure that the bracket is securely covers the sleeve.
3. Temporarily secure the bracket bushing and install the sleeve on the second side of the stabilizer.
4. Secure the stabilizer rod wrench open-end wrench 14 mm and screw the self-locking nut.
