Rear anti-roll bar



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the rod stabilizer bar.
  1. Remove the bolts and remove the mounting brackets of the rear anti-roll bar.
  1. Remove the stabilizer bar.

Check

Check the torque that must be applied to crank pin of the spherical hinge of draft of the stabilizer.


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. If there are cracks in the protective cover, replace it and add grease in the joint.
  2. Several times rocking from side to side of the hinge pin of the spherical rod stabilizer.
  3. Screw on the hinge pin of the spherical self-locking nut and measure torque. Torque wrench, turn the self-locking nut of the pin and the ball joint on the back of the fifth measure torque, which should be attached to crank pin of the spherical hinge. Torque: 1,7-3,2 N ??? m.
  4. If the torque exceeds the allowable value, replace the stabilizer rod.
  5. If the torque is significantly lower than the allowable value, the ball joint can be reused if it is not jammed and is not excessive backlash.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Install the sleeve on the stabilizer bar.

Align the sleeve with a label applied white paint on the stabilizer bar.

  1. Align the bracket with respect to the sleeve. Make sure that the bracket is securely covered sleeve stabilizer bar.
  1. Tighten fittings to torque.

Torque

Bracket rear stabilizer bar: 17-26 N ??? m
Link rear stabilizer bar: 35-45 N ??? m
