The airbag module and a device for inflating the airbag (gasifier)

The structure of the airbag includes: Module driver's front airbag (DAB) and the front passenger airbag (PAB), the module driver side airbag (DSAB) and the passenger side airbag (PSAB).
The apparatus consists of inflating bag inflator and cushion. The gas generator has an electrical fuse. In a frontal or side collision acceleration, sufficient for contact closure acceleration sensor, the control unit supplies power to the circuit squib. The fuse ignites the fuel composition, combustion products inflated bag cushion.
Removed air bag module should be stored under cover unit upward. Connector block imee two latches. Locking lever connector must be located in the locking position. Connector position during storage should exclude accidental damage. Not stacking blocks one on the other pillow.
Never attempt to measure the resistance of the squib - it can lead to the undermining of airbags and accidents.
Do not expose the air bag module to temperatures above 93 ? C. Do not keep the pillow in high humidity and away from power cables.
When carrying out welding work disconnect the airbag connector (under the steering column, next to the combined switch).
