Removal and installation of return pipes and hoses

Withdrawal

Remove a tank of hydraulic power assisted steering with his arm.

Remove the clips securing the return of the tube and hose.

Remove the intake air hose of the engine assembly.

Disconnect the discharge and return line from the steering assembly.

Lift up the vehicle and remove the clamp securing the return and discharge tubes.

Lower the car and remove the clamp securing the return of the tube and hose.

Setting

Installation of parts made in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE

When installing the discharge hose and tube assemblies to make sure they are not twisted, and there is no possibility of contact with other parts of the vehicle.

After installation is complete, remove the air from the hydraulic power steering.
