|
Fix the engine on the traverse of the mounting brackets and hang it on the lift, then slightly lift the engine assembly for unloading supports the weight of the power unit (Fig. 2.24). Remove the bolts from the lateral support of the engine (the engine and body).
Remove the side support (bracket assembly) from the engine (Fig. 2.25). On models with the 5-speed manual gearbox, remove the gauge-switch reversing light.
Remove the bolt gearbox support (support bracket to the CPR) (Fig. 2.26). Remove the plug from inside the splash guard left wing. Remove the bolts from transmission mount bracket to the subframe. Remove gearbox support assembly.
Remove the front engine mounting assembly with subframe (Fig. 2.27).
Remove the rear engine mounting assembly with subframe (Fig. 2.28).
Setting In order to stop the support does not move, make sure that it is properly inserted into the inner tube supports.

|
Install the engine support so that it is positioned at the correct angle (A) to the bracket (Fig. 2.30). Models with automatic transmission: 27-33 ?. Models with manual transmission: 11-17 ?.
Install the engine support so that it is positioned at the correct angle (B) to the bracket (Fig. 2.31). Models with automatic transmission: 30-36 ?. Models with manual transmission: 17-23 ?.
Installation of the bearing sleeve stretcher
NOTE Bearing bushes front and rear sub-frame cross beams are guides. Ensure that the bearing bushes are correctly oriented at installation. At two locations on the upper surface of the transverse beam and the subframe corresponding support sleeves are tags (as arrows) mounting direction. |
| Fig. 2.32. Installation of the bearing bushes in the internal tube cross beams subframe
|
When installing the bearing bushes in the inner tube sub-frame cross beams align the direction of the arrow on the sleeve with the arrow on the cross beam of subframe (Fig. 2.32).
NOTE Make sure that before you install the arrow on the bearing sleeve is parallel to the arrow on the cross beam of subframe. Ensure that the direction arrows on the fixed bearing bush deviates by no more than ? 3 ? from the direction of the arrow on the crossbar subframe. |
