Check and adjust the tension of V-ribbed belts



PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check the condition and location of the tension on pulleys V-ribbed belt.

Tightening torque bolts tightening mechanism: 20-27 N ??? m

2. Place the belt in the following order: alternator pulley power steering pump pulley the crankshaft pulley C compressor pulley

3. The key 16 mm turn the lever tensioner clockwise (at an angle of approximately 14 ?�) and put the belt on the idler pulley.

4. When installing the belt on the pulley, ensure the correct position of the belt on the pulley.

5. Index the tensioner must be between the minimum and maximum position, otherwise replace the belt.
